Q: How far in advance should I book your services?

A: For weddings, I suggest 6-12 months in advance, or as soon as you know the your date and venue. I will always let you know right away if I am available for your date! For other portraiture sessions (families, engagements, etc.) I recommend at least 2-4 weeks notice. Though, I do often take on shoots with only a few days notices at times. To find out if I am available: email me at bertarelliphoto@gmail.com or call 303-551-5840

Q: Are you licensed and do you have liability insurance?

A: Yes to both! If a venue or wedding coordinator needs verification I will be more than happy to show them.

Q: What's in your bag?

A: I am a Canon girl. I love my 5D Mark IV bodies especially. Lenses include: 50mm,  85mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 70-200mm.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: I accept cash, check, and most major credit cards! Processing fee applies for credit cards.

Q: Where are you based and do you travel?

A: I am based in Erie, Colorado and I LOVE to travel all around Colorado. I also often travel to Ohio and North Carolina to see family. Plus, I am open to worldwide travel and I am passport ready to go. Travel fees do apply, but trust me it is not as scary as you might think!

Q: When all will I receive my wedding photos?

A: You will get sneak peaks within 1-3 days from your wedding. I love sending sneak peaks- please just remember to give a photo credit to Bertarelli Photography and do not crop out my watermark when posting online. Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your entire gallery to be ready. I go through every single photograph and choose which ones are best then edit them, which takes a lot of time! If you need your photos sooner please let me know, I can often handle a rush job if I am not extremely booked at the time!

Q: How can I receive my photographs?

A: Your photos will be available for download from a secure online gallery created for professional photographers. From your online album you can also purchase prints. For weddings only, you will also receive a custom thumb drive with all of your photographs organized into folders such as "getting ready" and "ceremony" to help you easily locate the shots you want and quickly order prints and albums.

Q: Do you work with a second shooters/ photographers?

A: For family and small group portraiture sessions, I usually shoot on my own. Sometimes I bring an assistant to hold the light reflector or lights. For weddings most of my packages include a 2nd shooter, but I feel completely comfortable shooting a wedding on my own. I hand pick the 2nd shooters and assistants I work with and many of them are current or former students of mine. I am extremely proud of the work they produce.
